A coffee or coffee tea is a bitter and sour beverage that is roasted with seeds of coffee tree and is consumed with warm water, cold water or steam to drink. Coffee beans can be obtained from coffee trees grown in more than 70 countries, mainly in the equatorial Latin America, Southeast Asia, South Asia and Africa. Green coffee beans are one of the most traded agricultural products in the world. Coffee has the effect of awakening people due to its caffeine ingredients. Coffee is one of the most consumed beverages in the world. Approximately 600 billion cups are consumed globally in a year. Coffee has played an important role in many societies. The effect of encouraging coffee is believed to have been found in the northeastern part of Ethiopia, and the cultivation of coffee first spread to the Arab world. The earliest reliable evidence for the drinking of coffee was found in the mid-fifteenth century, at the Suffist temple in Yemen, southern Arabia.
