This time I walked on Thaniya Road in Bangkok city during lockdown.
Thaniya Road was usually an office district during the day and a famous street where you can enjoy Bangkok’s nightlife at night. It was a popular street full of people day and night as a street to never sleep.
It is also famous as Japanese Street because there are many Japanese restaurants, izakaya, and Japanese-style cabaret clubs.
However, at present, there are no tourists due to the influence of the Corona disaster, and the number of visitors is further decreasing due to the redevelopment of the Silom area. Many restaurants are temporarily closed or unfortunately closed for business.

In Bangkok, full-scale lockdown in the city began on July 12, 2021 to prevent the spread of corona infection. This video was shot during that period, and you can see the city of Bangkok, traffic, and people during the lockdown.
