Yudanaka:
Snow Monkeys and Shiga Kogen National Park;
Nakasendo trail:
Tsumago and Magome;
Hiroshimo:
Hiroshima Castle, Okonomi-Yaki, Peace Park, Atomic-bomb Dome, Miyajima and Mitaki temple;
Nagasaki:
Dejima and Unzen-Amakuza National Park;
Kumamoto:
Kumamoto Castle;
Aso:
Mount Aso and Aso National Park;
#Kyoto:
Togetsukyo Bridge, Bamboo Forest, Jojakko-Ji temple, Higashi-Honganji Temple, Fushimi Inari Shrine, Torrii, Kohfukuji Temple (Nara), Todaij Temple (Nara), Nishi-Hongwanji Temple, Five-storied Pagoda of the Toji Temple, Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Ginkaku-ji Temple, Nanzen-ji Temple, Kinkaku-Ji Temple, Golden Pavilion and Niji Castle.
We traveled by public transport, mostly by Shinkansen. The #Shinkansen is the high speed train of Japan. The Shinkansen drive with a speed up to 300 km/h. We took a JR-pass for the Shinkansen and the Japan Rail ( #jr ) trains. From Kumamoto to Aso was temporarily no train connection. We took the bus to Aso and the return to Kumamoto.
