Georgian Food Tour | Khinkali Georgian Dumplings | Tbilisi, Georgia
We set out today on our first Georgian food tour, trying out the infamous Khinkali, or Georgian dumplings, in the heart of Tbilisi, Georgia. When we heard khinkali were the size of baseballs, we were in a little disbelief, but when these Georgian dumplings arrived at our table, we became full on believers!
Khinkali are Georgian soup dumplings, incredibly hearty, absolutely massive, full of flavour, and chock full of meat, juices, and spices. Khinkali are dumplings that are not to be underestimated!
