Hi and welcome to this new series where I’ll attempt to ride from the North east of France to the Spanish border in the south. In this eigth episode I’ll be riding from Dijon to Malay, a little village near Cluny.
So today a normal day I would say, with close to a thousand altitude meters and 112 kilometers of riding in total.
In this episode I was very close to having my Gopro destroyed, other than that, yet another smashing day on the bike. Hope you like it.
The general plan is to go to the Champagne region and then head south towards the Bourgogne and onwards. I’m using my gravel bike, the Rondo Ruut ST for this trip as it has many luggage options and nice fat tyres. This one is really a trip down memory lane for me, trying to connect many places i’ve been before in the past. Hope you like it and as always, enjoy your rides and stay safe out there !
Next Up: Episode 4: Epernay to Romilly sur Seine
