Today, we’re going for a FULL ON street food tour of the Hatay Region, visiting 5 restaurants!

First up, Emrah is bringing us to try the classic Antakya special kebab dish, the Tepsi Kebab! It’s like a giant spiced meat patty cooked in the wooden oven and super tasty!!

After this, we’re going for an amazing Hatay style street dessert, the Kabak Tatlisi, a super sweet syrupy local pumpkin! Found deep in the local market of Antakya!

After this, we’re trying the local street drink, a sweet and bitter licorice drink made by a local man in the traditional clothing! The drink is called Mayan Koku

After this, we’re going to try a special local dessert, the Antakya haytali!

And to finish up the day, we are going to eat perhaps the best hummus in the world! From 3rd generation hummus masters, I was blown away!!
