My expedition to the North of Russia continues. This time I’ve decided to visit my family in the Urals. Winters in the Urals have a pretty harsh climate. The temperature range in the Urals can reach 90 degrees: -45°C in winter and +45°C in summer. So, let’s see what the capital of the Perm region has to offer in winter!
