In the way to other places of interest, in a small town, we suddenly found an abandoned house of culture. After looking online and receiving information and photos from friendly locals, I made this video.
The house of culture is built in 1975. Size about 3000 square meters.
The building has two floors (excluding the basement). There are two main halls – a sports event and a concert hall. On the second floor there is also a large hall whose purpose I do not know. There are a number of other rooms in the building.
These houses of culture performed standard activities as in others. Such as dances, concerts, performances, various competitions, city meetings and voting.
It is a pity but this information and photos were all that I was able to find or hear from locals. The reason for the closure could not be determined either. The building is currently for sale. According to the structure, size and available services of the town, I think that this house of culture will be demolished and a shopping center will be built in their place. if there is no more videos or photos about these houses of culture in my accounts in future it means that building is no longer available to enter or was demolished.
Sorry but my videos won’t be short. The goal is to save and show as much infomration as possible while the objects is acessable.
