Located in the Western reaches of Fars province in Iran, 28 km away from a city called Faraash Band, Roughly 190 km due south of Shiraz, the ruins of once a fire temple flaunt its powerful history.
This stone-brick structure consists of two domes, numerous arches, a pool, and the ruins that surround it all. It lies 200 meters away from the road, located at N28 39′ 00″ – E52 09′ 00″.
A structure once to house the sacred fire, Rohoni Fire temple was one of the many where the people of this ancient land would congregate to observe religious rites during the Sassanid era.
