PART OF TEXT VERSION OF COMMUNICATIONS THAT I’M ABLE TO INCLUDE HERE. Do you want more? Write in comments and I’ll give you remaining part of text communications (Read if subtitles in video were fast):
ENY3769: Center, Envoy 3769, 300.
CENTER: Envoy 36… 3769, Washington, roger, intermittent light chop ahead, shouldn’t be anything worse.
ENY3769: Alright, sir. Hey, just wanted to let you know, we have a passenger in back that might be having a medical situation. We should get more information now, but if it does turn out … we’re gonna have to divert to the New York area.
CENTER: Okay, Endeavor 3769, just keep me updated, thank you.
ENY3769: Alright, just wanna be clear, that was Envoy 3769.
CENTER: Roger that.
ENY3769: …9, we need to divert to JFK and we are gonna be declaring a medical emergency.
CENTER: Envoy 3769, roger, you are cleared to the JFK airport via direct radar vectors. Turn right heading 285.
ENY3769: 285 and direct JFK via radar vectors, Envoy 3769.
CENTER: Envoy 3769, descend and maintain FL240.
ENY3769: 240, Envoy 3769.
CENTER: Envoy 3769, reset transponder squawk code of 7037. And when you can give me any information on that emergency and I can forward that, forward everything.
ENY3769: Envoy 3769, yeah, it’s 7037. We got a male, age 60, and the nurse onboard is saying his heart rate is irregular and he might be having a heart attack. So we’re unsure, Envoy 3769.
CENTER: Envoy 3769, roger.
ENY3769: Center, Envoy 3769, it’s actually a 77-year-old male.
CENTER: Envoy 37… Actually, stand-by.
CENTER: And Envoy 3769, contact New York Center on 118.97, they know about your situation ahead.
ENY3769: 18.97, Envoy 3769, thanks.
ENY3769: Center, Envoy 3769, 240, heading 285.
CENTER: Endeavor 3769, New York Center, descend and maintain 11000, Kennedy altimeter is 3002.
ENY3769: Alright, 3002, down to 11000, Envoy 3769. And you still want us on this heading?
CENTER: At the moment I do and you said that’s… I was told that you had a medical emergency involved… on board. Can you give me the nature of the emergency and whether you’ve already gone through company or do you need us to get some sort of assistance for you at the gate?
ENY3769: So, it’s a 77-year old male, signs of a heart attack. We have a nurse on board looking at him. They’re recommending to divert. And… company. And we’re coordinating with them now, 3769.
CENTER: Okay, thank you.
ENY3769: And Center, Envoy 3769, what runway could we expect there?

THE VALUE OF THIS VIDEO:
THE MAIN VALUE IS EDUCATION. This reconstruction will be useful for actual or future air traffic controllers and pilots, people who plan to connect life with aviation, who like aviation. With help of this video reconstruction you’ll learn how to use radiotelephony rules, Aviation English language and general English language (for people whose native language is not English) in situation in flight, which was shown. THE MAIN REASON I DO THIS IS TO HELP PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND EVERY EMERGENCY SITUATION, EVERY WORD AND EVERY MOVE OF AIRCRAFT.

HOW I DO VIDEOS:
1) I monitor media, airspace, looking for any non-standard, emergency and interesting situation.
2) I find communications of ATC unit for the period of time I need.
3) I take only phrases between air traffic controller and selected flight.
4) I find a flight path of selected aircraft.
5) I make an animation (early couple of videos don’t have animation) of flight path and aircraft, where the aircraft goes on his route.
6) When I edit video I put phrases of communications to specific points in video (in tandem with animation).
7) Together with my comments (voice and text) I edit and make a reconstruction of emergency, non-standard and interesting situation in flight.
