Lufthansa is known as one of the world’s best airlines but my Boeing 747 Business Class experiences from Frankfurt to Dubai was just poor: a narrow 2-3-2 configuration, no pre-departure drinks, no food choice, a ridiculous pre-arrival snack and an unfriendly crew with no service attitude.
