While my son Junior and I were out for a walk down Jomtien beach with our friend Lyn a thunderstorm rolled in and we were not able to make it back to the condo before the downpour. Luckily there was a café near by catering to Farang (Thai for white people) so we ducked inside for a spot of tea. Nothing better when it’s cold and damp than a cup of piping hot earl grey. Thank goodness junior enjoys thunder and lightning as we were right at the ocean shore and there was quite a bit of rumbling going on.
