This video shows you both daytime view and nighttime view in Tokyo German Village. It’s an amusement park in Chiba prefecture re-enacting German country farm. I’m not sure about the “German” part but their illuminations are worth visiting! Trivia: When I walked around during the day, I had no idea how their illuminations would look like. I saw a lot of LED lights lying on the lawn but never imagined they can turn out to be that good once they get turned on!
