Have you ever heard of the movie, The Bucket List (2007)? It’s about two terminally ill men who go on a road trip with a wish list of to-dos before they die. For many people, traveling is on that bucket list; it’s even one of mine! However, traveling can be expensive and take up your time, not to mention there are all the logistics like booking flights, hotels or renting cars. There is an alternative way of traveling that has fewer expenses and isn’t as time-consuming; it’s called backpacking! Backpacking doesn’t require you to save up thousands of dollars since most hostels nowadays offer cheap prices (about $20 USD per night for a double room).
