Thank you to my amazing friend Florian for joining me in this video, it was super fun !
This video was inspired by all the people who’ve expressed their surprise or regret when learning that I don’t have much of a French accent in English, and who couldn’t understand why we wouldn’t to keep our natural accent that they find so cute.
And in here we will try to explain why we have worked on erasing ouraccent and why it’s understandable for a French person to dislike the French accent, but we will also offer a defense on why we shouldn’t be ashamed of our accent and French people shouldn’t feel judge for speaking with an accent in English !
