May 4, 2022, back in Kuala Lumpur, Lanson Place, Jalan Ceylon
Our favorite home away in Kuala Lumpur before Covid.
The reception was like always; nice and professional people and always willing to take the extra step.
You will only find out if a property’s services are great when things go wrong, and unfortunately, the apartment was not as we were used to. Aircon leaking but solved within minutes. The coffee machine broke but was replaced in no time. No shavers in the shower, no problem, with the speed of light delivered.
The breakfast buffet was very limited due to Covid after pains, but we could order what we liked, and the quality was as if nothing had changed, simply good.
Very disappointing was the limited number of cable channels, with only 1 international news channel left.
We sincerely hope that Lanson Place will find the way back to the level we have experienced so many times in the past because we like the people, we love the apartment and the best bed in town, but ..
