I left Delhi to make my way up to the Himalayas, let the adventures start! Stopped in Kurukshetra to get some great travel tips, then in Chandigarh. That’s when I met Chupa, an local who explained to me the “We value people over money” mindset when it comes to small local restaurants. I found it brilliant and it says a lot on the Indian mentality as a whole. Getting a delicious meal + free refill for $0.75 is something you will not see in many country around the globe!
