After two weeks of snowy artic weather in the Cairngorms we decided to leave and head west to the Isle of Mull. We immediately felt warmer as we woke to our first day on the island to celebrate Hannah’s 30th!
We love the slower pace of life on an island and Mull was definitely slower. With the roads all being single lanes we took our time to explore.
We found sound incredible places to park and enjoy the beautiful coastline of Mull. We also visited the tiny Island of Iona which cost us just £7 for a return ferry ticket. While our first few days on Mull are a bit of a mixed bag weather wise, we hung around long enough to have some incredible warm weather which will be in next week’s episode.
