To improve traveller confidence, protect staff and enable travel, the sector implemented rigorous health and hygiene protocols and testing while adapting to evolving scientific recommendations and changing government requirements. Clear communication and collaboration have been key to improving confidence in the sector but what more can be done to further accelerate recovery and rebuild trust?
