I stayed at 9h Nine Hours Capsule Hotel. It’s a capsule hotel chain with locations in Tokyo, Osaka, Aichi, Fukuoka and Miyagi. I stayed at the one in Hamamatsuchō, Tokyo.
The hotel is cheap (2,800 yen a night, which is roughly $22) and the capsule is pretty spacious. You have shared bathrooms, you’re given an ammenity bag (with slippers, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste and pajamas), you have your own locker and there are a work area and a lounge with nice views of Tokyo Tower.
