Greece is one of Europe’s most attractive locations, with idyllic islands, delectable cuisine, thousands of years of history, and friendly people.

This country has a certain enchantment about it. There’s a buzz in the air, and you can’t help but think to yourself, “Perhaps I shouldn’t leave?” It suffocates you.
While the islands receive the most attention, the country’s interior — with its little towns, historic ruins, and mountain climbs — is frequently underestimated and underappreciated.
So, while you may have a strong desire to stay on the islands, if you have the opportunity, try to see some destinations in the interior. You will not be sorry.
