Nothing can prepare you for reaching the cliff edge on this hike, it is truly terrifying!
After leaving the ski slopes of Les Arcs we head 2 hours West to Le Sappey-en-Chartreuse. This is a beautiful quiet village in the The Chartreuse Mountains which is home to the Fort du Saint-Eynard where you can see a magnificent view of Grenoble 1km below you.
We would recommend staying here for a couple of nights if you are in the area, a hike to the Fort du Saint-Eynard is a must and a ebike up into the mountains (as you’ll see in the video we failed on the bike ride due to the snow but the idea was to ride the route shown up and to take the ski piste on the way back down)
