There is this new airline that is seeking funds through unconventional means: they are trying to raise 350,000,000 through crowdfunding. I am here to tell you maybe this is not the best idea, as it touts being the Icelandair of the pacific without understanding why Icelandair works, and uses a cryptocurrency as its frequent flyer program. But I am not here to bash the project, I am here to tell you how they can fix this airline before it even takes off.
