Eurowings Discover is NOT the same as Eurowings. Eurowings Discover Business Class in the Airbus A330 can look like the German Lufthansa or like the Swiss Edelweiss. On the Edelweiss version it’s crucial to know WHERE THE GOOD SEATS ARE!!! EWD is the newest airline in the Lufthansa Group – and Eurowings Discover has a real business class in the Airbus A330. On the outward flight, we went to Salt Lake City in a former Lufthansa A330 originally in Lufthansa Business Class, with a modified seat cover. –
On the return flight, the cabin was completely different, a former A330 of Edelweiss, Swiss’ leisure airline. And there was a surprise stopover in Canada to refuel.
How comfortable is this other cabin? There is a big difference in the seats, some great some terrible to lie on. Which seats should you avoid?
