A Cold Front approaching SA The front quickly weakens and gets pushed south by a trough and High Pressure. Light showers expected to fall over the Western Cape. Behind the Front will help to push the cold CU’s with RAIN over the Southern & Eastern Cape. This will push temperatures and freezing levels low enough for SNOW to start falling over the mountains of Lesotho, the Drakensberg, and the extreme north-eastern mountain tops of the Eastern Cape from Saturday into Sunday. Freezing levels currently not low enough for any ground snow to fall (Credit Vox Weather).
