Part of the UNESCO World Heritage, the 22 WATERMILLS from Eftimie Murgu, in Almajului Mountains, are a rare attraction in Romania, as they represent the largest watermills park in South-East Europe. We encourage you to experience it with your kids as an open-air museum. Meet the locals as they grain their cereals faithfully following the tradition of their ancestors.

Only 30 minutes driving distance you may also visit a rounded waterfall of almost eight meters high called BIGAR. The water flows over rounded stones covered by a green carpet of moss.
