After Joe and I spent time at the Blue Lagoon near Vang Vieng, Laos (video here: we continued our bike ride and stumbled upon one of the most amazing viewpoints I have ever seen. We had to bike through mud which made climbing difficult for me because I kept slipping out of my flip-flops. The climb caused a lot of sweating too. Once we got to the top we were blown away by the beauty laid out in front of us. We were surrounded by gorgeous green mountains and lush valleys where farmers were planting rice in their paddies. It was one of those moments where I just felt high from the sights I was seeing and really living in the moment. Truly one of the best things to do in Laos.
