As a disclaimer we just do vlogs for fun during our holidays.

Corsica: La Corse (in french) deserves her name “the Isle of Beauty” thanks to all the glorious gems that make her so unique. It is a raw, beautiful and authentic paradise located in the mediteranean sea and lies southeast of the French mainland, west of the Italian Peninsula and immediately north of the Italian island of Sardinia.

The sun, the sea, and the mountains. A little bit of everything, the best of both worlds. Corsica is a place that boasts of the beautiful blue Mediterranean sea and lush greenery of the mountains. One day you find yourself swimming in one of the hidden beaches of the island, snorkeling and discovering the rich sea life; and the next you discover hiking in one of the many incredible trails that Corsica has to offer.

Even the food does not disappoint! All the freshest seafood, fruits and vegetables, “charcuterie et produits du terroir” are readily available all throughout the island’s local markets. We found ourselves feasting on different kinds of local dishes everyday!

So here is a little video diary of how we experienced Corsica from the crossing from French mainland to a pier in south Corsica. We take you on a travel journey where we will discover Porto Vecchio, Lavezzi islands, Bonifacio, Ajaccio and Ospedale forest.

It’s a place we know we will always go back to.
