Is it safe in Poland?? Hmm, the funny thing is that people always have the tendency to think that a place is not safe if you don’t hear much about it on the new, from your friends or social media. For example, I don’t know much about Hungary, I don’t know much about Lithuania and I don’t know that much about Romania. So the thought of travelling through those countries seems scary to me. The reason why…, is because I don’t see much about these countries on the news, I don’t hear much about these countries from people that I know and I don’t see that many people traveling to those countries on Instagram. Its kinda weird how we humans think sometimes. Well, to answer the question is it safe in Poland?? I would say yes. I have seen about 90% of the country and it felt pretty safe to me, as safe as any other country in Europe. I do have to add that, I feel the safest in Poland whenever I am crossing the road. It is so crazy how thoughtful people in cars are for pedestrians. In the Netherlands, whenever I want to cross the road I always wait for cars or people on bikes to stop. In Poland, cars wait for you.
