The Costa Brava is the name assigned to the coastal area of ​​Spain that begins in Blanes and ends at the border with France, in Portbou. It limits to the north with the Costa Vermella and to the south with the Costa del Maresme.

    This coastal strip has an extension of 214 km and is comprised of the Catalan counties of Alto Ampurdán, Bajo Ampurdán and La Selva. It is located in the Province of Gerona, belonging to the Autonomous Community of Catalonia, in Spain.
