UPDATE: Spain have announced that those unvaccinated from non-EU countries, can enter Spain with just a negative test! This is effective immediately. More info on this to follow such as type of test etc. Expect a new video shortly.
UPDATE: If you hold an EU Digital covid certificate, or EU equivalent of vaccination against covid-19 or a negative test, or certificate of recovery you are no longer required to complete the passenger locator/SpTH form (This includes the NHS covid pass). If you do not hold an EU certificate or EU equivalent, you will still be required to complete the form. UPDATE: Looks like the at risk country list has been scrapped. An EU citizen will need one of the 3 things mentioned in the video to enter wherever they are travelling from.
