The Aiguille du Midi is a 3842m peak in the Mont Blanc massif of the French Alps. This is the closest you can get to the summit of Mont-Blanc (highest peak in Western Europe) without trekking or climbing. The Aiguille du Midi is the highest mountain peak served by an aerial lift system and holds the world record for the highest vertical ascent of 2807m.
Join us as we experience the spectacular views of the French, Swiss, and Italian Alps from Aiguille du Midi’s panoramic viewing platform. We took a bus from Geneva (Switzerland). In Chamonix, we take you through the cute little streets of this famous ski resort where you can admire the mountain tops all around. We were so grateful that it was a clear day, perfect for us to view and appreciate the peak of Mont Blanc and the beautiful village of Chamonix from top.
