Malacca (or Melaka) is a charming UNESCO World Heritage city, found on the south west coast of the Malaysian peninsula. The straits which share its name brought trade and influences from India, Europe, China and beyond – so it’s a historic and colourful place.

Boat tours along the rivers are a scenic way to spot the colourful street art and murals, lovely architecture and traditional Kampongs where indigenous styles stand proud along the foreign influx.
