Estancia is the Capitol Commons development’s luxury retail anchor. It features three levels of 30,000 square meters (320,000 square feet) of leasable space and is centered by multinational furniture shops West Elm and Pottery Barn. Other international brands available at the lifestyle center include AĆ©ropostale, Old Navy, Cortefiel, Debenhams, Kurt Geiger, Diesel, and Isaac Mizrahi. It also houses various restaurant franchises, including Coco Ichiban and TWG Tea. The North and South Wings of the Estancia mixed-use complex house 19,461 square meters (209,480 square feet) of business process outsourcing (BPO) office space authorized by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA). The mall was finished in 2014.
Ortigas & Company has set aside $26 billion for crucial developments.
