With winter in Hong Kong coming into full swing they are delighted to invite you to a fondue at Ozone, The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong. A big thank you to their fellow alumni Pierre Perusset and Matthias Terrettaz, who had the fantastic idea to host this year’s fondue gathering “in the sky” overlooking the stunning Victoria Harbour skyline.

They look forward to having you join them over some fine cold cuts, fondue moitié-moitié and glasses of Swiss white wine. The only rule they will abide to: the person that loses their piece of bread will have to pay a round of kirsch.
