I am very happy to bring the wonderful view of our New Flyover of Third Ring Road at National Road No 4, point of km 14 + 105 to share with you all and hope you like and enjoy watching this.

The construction of the third ring road (National Road No. 4-National Road No. 1) with a total length of nearly 53 km .
This ring road starts from National Road No. 4 at the point of km 14 + 105 in the village of Chompou Voan, Sangkat Choam Chao 3, Khan Por Senchey, Phnom Penh, and connects to Tumnup Kob Srov Road, National Road No. 5, Victory Bridge, Victory Blvd. National Road No. 6 and will become a new large and modern ring road to serve the transportation sector between Phnom Penh, connecting to National Road No. 6, No. 5, No. 4, No. 3, No. 2 and National Road No. 21 by Cross the Bassac River and Anlong Chen Island and end at National Road No. 1 at km 24 + 840 in Sdao Kanleang village, Dei Edth commune, Kien Svay district, Kandal province (main road).
More importantly, this line also connects to the new container terminal of Phnom Penh Autonomous Port in Kien Svay district, as well as to connect the ASEAN Highway (AH1 and AH11) and the main corridor (Central Corridor and Corridor). Southern Economy) of the Greater Mekong Subregion.
