Located about 20km outside of Paris, Versailles is an essential day trip. The major attraction is the Incredible 680,000 Sqft Palace of Versailles! It’s one of the most spectacular Palaces in the entire World! From the stunning Hall of Mirrors, and the awe-inspiring Gallery of Great Battles, to the enormous 800 hectare Gardens of Versailles and its many stunning gardens, fountains, and sculptures. It’s an extraordinary place that you have to visit! After we checked out the breathtaking Palace, we made our way across the street and tried some mouth-watering crepes at Creperie La Place. Then we explored the town of Versailles, taking a lovely walking tour of the picturesque French streets.
