(EN) There will always be a competition between those places very popular and overcrowded with tourists versus those that are rather unknown but where nature has no limits and offers a lot of spectacular landscapes.
Personally, I’ve always prefered those from the 2nd category and perhaps you already figured that out if you’ve been following me for a while, but I’d lie if I’d say that we don’t visit also popular places because these have their own charm too.
One such popular location is Bicaz Gorges which it’s a must-see by anyone visiting Romania, but exactly from the same track you can explore two less-known gorges, namely Bicăjel Gorges and Șugău Gorges.
Though, along with those gorges and the panoramic forest paths, nature offers a lot more than that. And happily Romania is home to plenty of lakes, both natural and artificial such as: The Red Lake, Bicaz Lake and Zetea Lake. All of them being present in the attached video.
But when it comes to unique locations and unique experiences, then The Heart of Jesus statue is a must-see being the largest Jesus statue from Eastern Europe. This one is also often compared with the famous statue from Rio de Janeiro.
Still a unique experience is visiting the peat bogs from Romania, one of them being the one from Fantana Brazilor which represented the last place visited by us in our Romania Tour from 2021.
This is the 6th and last episode from our Romania Tour taken in 2021, but lots of new cool videos with places discovered are coming up soon! 🙂
