Q: How did you get to film the people making the food?
A: They were making the food in public for everyone to see, and I asked them if they would be happy to let me film them.
Q: Why did you let that guy take your bags?
A: He is clearly airport staff, and my mother is very visibly blind so we were used to having people help her through the airport. I don’t usually include this in the videos as its not relevant to anyone else or the experience, but this is an exception.
Q: Did you pay him?
A: No, I had no cash at the end of our time in Istanbul.
