Luang Prabang is our first stop in Laos. We spent a very meaningful 2 hours at Big Brother Mouse to chit chat with local students. It helps them practice English and helps us understand their culture and lifestyle better. It was insightful to visit UXO LAO to find out how Laos is still coping with unexploded ordinance… We visited the renowned Kuang Si Waterfall and tried Laos whisky. We also went to the Khaiphaen restaurant that trains marginalised youths, over and above the good food they serve. Luang Prabang has so much meaningful initiatives!
