I chose to cycle on the small road at the mountain. Then suddenly on the top of hill, road workers said I can’t go further. Should I have to go back all the way down? After it, I camped right next to the road in open place for the first time on my world tour. I believed Taiwan was safe to do it and I didn’t have the choice as it was getting the dark.
