Located in the buzzy Keong Saik neighbourhood, Butcher Boy is a modern bar & grill concept with an Asian twist.
Demonstrating his grilling expertise, Head Chef Paul Chong introduces a Sticky Australian Baby Lamb Ribs with garlic butter crumbs. The baby lamb ribs are marinated in lemongrass, chili, garlic and ginger, then sous-vide for 12 hours. Lastly, the lamb ribs are finished off in a josper grill, before being topped with garlic crumbs for added texture and fragrance.
