We took a quick day trip from our home in Amsterdam to the lovely little town of Delft. We did some Christmas shopping (famous Delft-made pottery) for both of our moms while we were there.
We met some really fun bird friends, had some hot chocolate (you will have noticed a theme in these videos), and tried to figure out they it was so EMPTY that afternoon?!
Delft is about 40 minutes south of Amsterdam, so very easy to travel if you are visiting here. Winter is certainly the off-season, but still worth the visit. Go meet the swans, ducks and yeah… the pigeons.
