Hi travellers,
This video is my 2 night stay at the Intercontinental in Wuxi, China. Hotels are a bit cheaper here, but the service was not great all around.

Be patient with the check in as it takes a long time. The lounge has been ‘temporarily closed’ since Covid, therefore do not book it. Also as a foreigner be aware that the breakfast buffet has limited selection.

For an Intercontinental this stay was below standard, and I do not understand the towel shortage.
