Continuing my series of trying Thai street market food that I’ve never seen before. I picked up these tasty-looking balls at Wang Lang Market (ตลาดวังหลัง) in Bangkok, but I’ve seen them man times since. Still not sure what they’re made of – I wanna say fish but they taste completely different compared to the fish cake I had before. Thai cuisine continues to amaze me.
