Rokurinsha is located at the bottom level of Tokyo Station on Tokyo Ramen Street. Tokyo Ramen Street consists of 8 ramen restaurants right next to each other. I wanted to try this restaurant for their tsukemen, which is like a deconstructed ramen where they separate the soup from the noodles, and also because their noodles are extra thick. Best tsukemen I’ve tried in Japan so far!
