Join me on a relaxing stroll through Altstadt, the historic center of Wuppertal, located in the western part of Germany. This 4K walking video takes you through charming streets and alleys lined with traditional half-timbered houses, quaint cafes, and boutique shops.
Starting at the Hauptbahnhof, we’ll make our way to the Alte Freiheit and then through Grünstraße and Neumarktstraße and other few surrounding streets and then finally round up at the river Wuppert near Hauptbahnhof to see the historical and popular Suspension Railway.
As we walk through these beautiful streets, we also come across a few tourist attractions including Statue von Mina Knallenfalls, Bergischer Löwe, and Neptunbrunnen.
Throughout the video, you’ll hear the sounds of the city and experience the sights of Altstadt, giving you a real sense of what it’s like to walk around this charming part of Wuppertal.
About Walking Around Europe:
I am a student of Visual Anthropology, Media, and Documentary Practices who loves traveling. With walking videos like this, I aim to document cities, people and landscapes without any edits and with natural ambient sounds.
I also like to click photos of beautiful landscapes and cities in Europe as I walk around them. You can follow me on this Instagram handle for that: https://bit.ly/clicking-around-europe
