Imsocraigy is a travel channel that’s crude, funny, inspiring and informative.. all rolled up into one. If you love travelling, love watching travel vlogs or just want to learn about a location, what to do there and how much it’ll cost you, then look no further, I’ve got you covered..

Iceland is such a fascinating country. I have been there 4 times now and absolutely love the place. It has so many natural phenomenons to boast about. It was the first country in europe to have a Taco Bell (yeeeears before Taco Bell came to mainland europe) and they don’t even have a mcdonald’s! Contrary to it’s name it’s one of or if not the greenest country on earth. All the hot water for heating the homes and showering is heated naturally underground, which is why you can smell sulfer when you shower in Iceland.

In this video I go to Iceland for 3 days. I rented a car and decided to go out into the wilderness in search for natural hot springs, waterfalls and the Northern Lights. I give you an insight into the breathtaking beauty the Iceland has to offer when you get off the beaten track and deep into the countryside.

In total I seen 3 hot springs, 4 waterfalls and the Northern Lights twice, as well as some other outright amazing Icelandic natural attractions such as the Geyser, stood between 2 continental plates and saw a bubbling mud pit and more!

The car cost me about £135 and refilling was about £100. That’s the total I spent on that trip, not including flights. For £235 I essentially did the Golden Circle tour, 2 northen lights tours, a waterfall tour of the south coast, a hot springs tour, and got my accomodation included (coz I slept in the car). Now that is an absolute bargain!

In total I drove 677 kms (420 miles) over 48 hours.

This is my full itinerary (Starting from Reykjavik):
1. Thingvellir
2. Strokkur (Geysir)
3. Gulfoss
4. Hrunalaug
