SUBSCRIBE: – Let’s go to the exotic island of Zanzibar in the Indian Ocean and let’s visit Jambiani which has a beautiful 7 km long beach with swaying palms. The barrier reef lies a few kilometres out, with a beautiful crystal turquoise lagoon in between. The broad lagoon of swallow water is perfect for swimming, snorkeling and diving. Thanks to its steady light winds, Jambiani is also an ideal spot for wind- or kitesurfing. A high tide it’s nice to swim in the Indian Ocean and at low tide you can enjoy a nice beach walk.The charm of Jambiani Beach in Zanzibar is that it simply sits at the edge of where the coconut palms stop swaying and meets the azure waters of the Indian Ocean.
Zanzibar is a Tanzanian archipelago off the coast of East Africa. On its main island, Unguja, familiarly called Zanzibar, is Stone Town, a historic trade center with Swahili and Islamic influences. Its winding lanes present minarets, carved doorways and 19th-century landmarks such as the House of Wonders, a former sultan’s palace. The northern villages Nungwi and Kendwa have wide beaches lined with hotels.
