Isn't it an H5 if it's terminating at Hakodate? I'm surprised that you didn't mention why the train seen from the outside was red (Akita shinkansen) and green (Tohoku shinkansen)? The E5 and H5 are my favourite Shinkansen. So smooth and fast! 🙂

I watched Bullet Train. Tangerine is my new boyfriend after Loki died. Bullet Train was so violent (I'm okay with violent movies) though, that the way Tangerine died, I erased it from my memory and he is still alive.
Its more expensive than I thought it would be, but hey its obviously an excellent service: fast, clean, quiet, super reliable etc. My country will never have nice things like this 😕

Wow. Great video/ here in Florida, Brightstar is testing trains currently at 105MPH for services between Orlando and W Palm Beach, Ft Lauderdale and Miami. We got a ways to go but it is a start in the right direction

I took a train from Guangzhou to Wuhan in China the speed was 330km/h . Very nice ride you just can't believe how smooth a ride it was. In Japan this train you took is not the fastest though…
